This blog will follow daily the progress of the installation of our new water pipes. The company will be working 4-10 hour days with friday open for surveying and cleaning up on the previous weeks work. The company and the county request that all people that are watching the progress to maintain a safe distance from working personal and equiptment. NEW WATER CONNECTIONS PANAY AVE - SAMAR AVE.

THE DIGGING CREW IS FINISHING PANAY AVE AND MOVING TO SAMAR AVE.

THEY ARE HAND DIGGING THIS PART OF THE WORK..



AS THEY DIG, THE COUNTY WATER DEPARTMENT PERSONAL ARE ASSEMBLING THE NEW WATER METERS AND BACK FLOW DEVICES..


THE EXISTING WATER METERS ARE NOT ALL  LOCATED IN THE PROPER PLACES. THE DIGGING CREW IS RELOCATING THE METERS TO PLACE THEM ALL THE SAME DISTANCE FROM THE ROAD..

THE RESIDENTS WATER PIPES HAVE TO BE EXTENDED TO THE NEW WATER METERS..



NEW BOXES ARE ALSO USED WHEN THE OLD BOXES ARE NOT IN GOOD SHAPE..
