The company will be working 4-10 hour days with friday open for surveying and cleaning up on the previous weeks work. The company and the county request that all people that are watching the progress to maintain a safe distance from working personal and equiptment. FINNISHING THE CLEAN UP - CUTTING ASPHALT

THE STORAGE AREA THAT DN HIGGINS HAS USED SINCE THE BEGINNING OF PHASE ONE IS BEING RESTORED TO A CONDITION THAT IS BETTER THAN IT WAS BEFORE..


THE WATER METER FOR THE ENTRANCE SIGN HAS BEEN MOVED TO NEAR THE WATER STATION AND THE ROAD INTO THE WATER RE-PUMP STATION WILL BE REPAVED..


TODAY WAS TOO WET TO PAVE, THE CREW OF "BETTER ROADS" CUT THE PAVEMENT TO PREPARE FOR THE NEW ASPHALT..


THE OLD ASPHALT IS CUT DOWN BELOW THE EXISTING DRIVE WAYS TO ALLOW THE NEW ASPHALT TO MATCH UP EVENLY TO THE DRIVEWAY.. 


THIS CUTTING IS BEING DONE ALSO, TO ALLOW THE OLD ASPHALT TO MATCH EVENLY TO THE NEW ASPHALT..
